
Your duties include:
The role of the Inside Sales Associate is basically to support the sales and marketing team with market research and lead generation. It involves lead qualification tasks, many learning opportunities, and the chance to progress to a sales manager position.
- Identifying new clients & business opportunities in the SME segment from database and client lists
- Managing incoming business inquiries
- Finding and qualifying leads
- Recording and maintaining contacts & leads in the CRM system
- Participate in sales and marketing processes related to the launch of new products or services
- Contributing to the organization of self-organized events
- Maintenance and expansion of marketing mailing lists
- External communication, liaising with media participants
- Preparing analyses and reports
Job requirements:
- Preferably at least 1-year experience in a similar role (Inside Sales, B2B sales), but it is also possible to start with onboarding training if required
- University degree, basic English language skills, and fluency in Hungarian
- Excellent communication skills
- User-level MS Office (Word, Excel) skills and experience in using CRM systems
- Customer-oriented thinking and sales attitude
- Tenacious, resilient personality
