After contact our method usually follows these steps, presented below
The first step is to clearly understand your requirements based on the available materials like RFQ’s etc. We assess your requirements via consultations in order to specify every known aspect of the task.
Based on the available information we do the necessary preparations for the quotation, engineering calculation, cycle time, costs estimate, schedule, etc. After all the details are in place we present you with our detailed written quotation. If needed we also demonstrate our solution to you, which can be modified at any time given your feedback if necessary.
Once we get your Purchase Order we start planning the project. First step is to check our project schedule followed by sending you the order- and schedule confirmation.
Usually we start with a kick-off meeting, followed by preparing the mechanical design. If the design is accepted internally, we organise a design review with you. According to the outcome of our design review meeting we: adjust the design, prepare the detailed documentation and proceed with the electrical design, PLC, Robot, PC programming.
According to the detailed documentation we start the procurement and production. Once the commercial goods and parts are in place, we start to assemble the equipment, make the necessary installations and perform our tests. After our internal acceptance procedure, we invite you to a pre-acceptance meeting to our workshop.
Delivery takes place only after we have your permission to deliver the equipment to your site. Next steps is the on-site commissioning and going through the acceptance process with you, followed by delivering a training to your operator and maintenance group.
We provide you with 12 Months warranty for our machines (with the possibility of extended warranty). We are putting great effort in supporting our customers during our machines entire life cycle. You get spare parts, technical assistance, training, refurbishments and upgrades for our machines any time you require.
